Every now and then, something extraordinary happens out of the Air Balloon Schools. Three past pupils are members of the 37th Kingswood Marching Band. This enables them to play an instrument and march at the same time, which isn’t easy, believe me! They are extremely successful and have just won the National Championships, a title which they keep winning. They are part of the Scout movement and share a hut with Cubs, Scouts and Mother and Toddler groups. The hut is in a terrible state and they desperately need a new one. So, luckily, they are in the final for some lottery money in the ‘People’s Lottery’. The little cute cadets that the seniors once were have been filmed and it’s due to be show on Wednesday 26th November on HTV news. PLEASE, PLEASE could you vote for them and show these past pupils that you support them and wish them well. Their names are Steph Howes, Jade and Daniel Hodge. Even if you don’t know them they are great individuals who work incredibly hard to get to such a high standard and their group deserve a new hut to practice in. For more information, please go to:
